Increase handeling basicly. Depends on your style of driving if its worth it or not. If you see a need for better handeling, they go for it. There are other upgrades that will help that for probably cheaper. We are in the process or making some new products to help with handeling and alike. So just keep your eye open for that. The RS suspension upgrades lower the car? My RSX and Skyline have the stock suspension and they already sit so low that the front bumper on both drag the ground(both have a body kit).

the suspension upgrade only puts diffrent styles of springs on ur car from really flimsy for drifting but it rolls easyier to super stiff for high speed

i lowered my rsx with the suspension upgrade i cut the coils to slam my car and it looks sick...**in photo gallery** black rsx :D
