I was just looking through all of my old spray paint and i found wood clear coat finish.would it be ok if i used wood clear finish on my xmod or do i have to get a different kind.

I would read what is says on the back of it and see if it is only for wood. I wouldnt use it if it doesnt say it can be used on plastic. Also if you do a clear coat on your car dont put no more than 2 to 3 coats. If you put too much clear coat it will make your car a hazy color.

or what u could do is find a piece of plastic and spray paint it then c if the clear coart finish works

thanks. I juss wanted to make sure i didnt mess up my body cuz i cant find any new ones.if any one knows where (besides radioshack cuz when ever i look they dont have any) to get new bodies pleez post a reply

you can have rs special order the bodies if you know the rs number. and I think ebay is a good source for body replacments

do u think it would be ok if i just go in to radioshack and have them order it or no? because almost every day i go by a radioshack

Id get some tamiya products Primers,Clear,etc..., Nothing like a screwed up paint job...

i wouldnt use wood clear coat....just to make sure just use the right clear coat

dont use that but go buy some plastic clear coat
