fun is fun, it all depends on how much your willing to spend for it.
xmods are cheap enough that most people have multiple cars and shells.
i'm actually taking a long hard look at my beater body and the local skate park;)

if you think about it, xmods isn't the greatest out there. it's a cool r/c, but nothing special. it's one of very few r/c brands that offer so many customizing options. however, if it were to come down to it, you can basically customize ANYTHING! i'm saying, the xmods line isn't perfect, but it's cool. in this scale size, speed, handling, and looks it's pretty **** cool. and it's inexpensive compared to others. what i'm trying to say is that i ran over 4 of my xmods and chassis cuz i got tired of them and still have 12 left. so they're cool.

Yes, they are. Even when upgraded with bearings, they don't roll forward. My bro's Traxxas Stampede rides on bushings, and is SO much smoother.

To tell you, xmods suck in quality. They're better than Iwaver, but they aren't good until you pour money into them...

Then again, I've tasted the sweet side of RC with my Nitro Truck, Mom's E-maxx, and my brother's pede... Went to a race yesterday...
