how would i mount that so that it runs off of stock light outputs details and quick please

I dont think the power from the light output would even turn it, at least not enough to have any effectiveness.

use a multimeter find power and ground. If you can do that step away from the car. But as bart said the power may be inefficient to power the motor how many volts is the fan rated at? You link no worky

Ok your link workds today that is a 12 volt motor it will not work with your power supply and it will slow your car way way way down.

what kind of motor do you want to use it on? if its a stage 1 or 2 than theres no point of even getting it, but like the others said, it probably wont work
