Well.. after staying home, and my dad taking my BMW 318is down to my Uncle's house (for my cousin's 4th B-Day), he returns with another stupid surprise that leaves me confused.

I think my dad has a fetish with lime green..

It's obvious he tried to replicate the Bavarian Motor Works European circuit cars and how they had their flags on the Driver's Front and Passenger's Back..

I kinda like it.. but wow.. does it catch the eye.

What are you guys' opinion on this?

my opinion...why is your dad taking your car??? i'd keep the only copies of the keys and NEVER let ANYONE drive it. but that's just me.

I live with him, and he drives a 99 tahoe. Would of cost him around 100$ to go to Iowa from where we live. The Bimmer only cost about 45$

i dont know the lime green checkerboard looks pretty freakin sweet, but they need to be outlined with black or something, they just look kinda plain...

the fronts just ok, i dont know about the back, its also not that neat on the back.

a different color would be better, or just not have it at all.

btw did your dad not ask you before he sticks your car?

Yeah, the gas-tank lid is one of those manual-flip ups with the finger slot. If it were the standard in-cabin lever style, the checkered flag would look nicer!

btw, gf says that your '4 smiley' decals beside the BMW logo are cute :lol:

it doesnt look too bad, those rims will help a lot, its still a nice car than most ppl have. i almost had a 323i b4 i got my Avalanche but it was a forest green color with some sweet 15" rims so i went with the Av with 20s and 3 12's in the back wall

The stripes look ok only if they were in black it would be better. Hey noturday I want to see a pic of your avalanche it sounds clean.
