offroad upgrade help

i recently got the offroad upgrade for my Nissan Titan, when i tried running it, the motor made strange noises. then i put in my 4WD yesterday and it dosnt make the noise as much. Also how do i get the tires to stop rubbing my truck? i even flipped over the front clip and it still rubs a little! Somebody please help! :(

you fliped the clip and it still rubs...... mine dosen't and put 2 springs in the front and get some gear grease.
