View Full Version : Rayovac batteries?

I saw these things and they were wayyyyyyyy cheaper then energizer and it has a 15 min charger as well. So i was wondering since i have never heard of this brand, are these as good as energizers and are they about the same power? Im not sure about the mah but wat caught my eye is the price of the charger compared to the energizer 15 min charger( rayovac$29.99 energizer$69.99:o ) .

they have 1000mah with charger at walmart in the photo section for less than 20 bucks. The energizer and duracell may be a little better but you will probably never notice a significant difference.

I'm currently using some Rayovac Hybrids. They seem to work pretty well. Like ZX9RBART says, it's probably not going to be any significant difference between durcell, energizer, rayovac, etc....

Like i said...i recommend the ones at walmart in the photo dept. We have 5 sets and they all work great plus you get 4 aa's as well.

They're a pretty good brand of batteries. My best experiences are with duracell though....those are the batts to get imo.

Why not just save an extra $10 / $15 and buy LITHS off of eBay??

I would get liths but i dont have any soldering experince And im running 3 cars so liths would be more expensive if i put them in all 3. And besides im not those guys that spend every last penny on xmods.(no offence to who do)I just want basic rs upgrades and some good batteries.

Im getting rayovac batteries and a 15 min charger on them on friday. Which ones do u recommend? How much are they a pack and how much does a pack come with??

i paid $29.00 for my energizer 15 min battery charger
but for two batterys i cost like $8.00-9.00

i just saw those at my local walgreens and almost purchased them but not sure if they would work in my ic3 charger

do you think they would be better than the standard 800mah rayovac ic3's?

edit:
i just picked up a set of those 1000mah duracell high discharge rechargeable but soon found out that my ic3 charger wont charge em.
so i guess imma use my rs nimh charger hopefully it dosent take more than a couple hours
