Do turbo caps really work?

I've read on several places about these turbo caps. I know XI used to carry them, but if they still do, can someone give me a link?

I'm also wondering how, and if these things work. Can someone give me an indepth explanation, or even just a basic one?

Well. I have read that before, but considering we have xmod internation banners all over the site, I do not see why he would sell something false, and they people of the forum would still allow his links? Or am I missing something?
