i dont see shadow either but that could be real due to the lighting but.... that wouldnt be hard to make, heat the pipes you could easily do that.. if you had alot of free time!

If it is real, as it appears to be when you look real close, what's it doing blocking traffic and is it just supposed to be art? How much horsepower does it have?
edit: Oh, I went to the link. It's real and police gave it parking tickets. LOL. It's infront of an art gallery.
That is soo cool. It's like a car commercial comming to life. That's awsome. It must freak people out to see it in the street because you usually only see that kind of stuff on tv or computers. What a trip.
