So what do you guys think of the Radioshack Xmod rechargable battery kit? Is it worth it? I am not ready to do the whole Lithium thing so is there anything better then the radioshack kit for around the same price?

I bought the rechargable pack because just two packs of rechargables is $25, for the same price you get two packs of batteries and a charger, if you are new to xmods they are pretty good

Yea they are not bad and they only have to charge for an hour so you can charge one set and play with another

the batteries are ok, but the charger sucks, invest in some Rayovac or Energizers; they work better

Where could I find these? And are there any specifics I need to look for other than them being rechargable and being AAA?

pay closer attention to the amount of "mah", the more, the better. Xmods batteries are lacking in that area

Oh I mean in mah, anyway what are the radioshack batteries putting out in mah form? Cause I found Energizers that put out 750 mah each.

not sure about how much mah they can handle but the rechargables have 750 mah.

go as high as you can go, there is no limit on how much you could use. Radioshack rechargeables usually contain around 700mah, and i think that both Energizer and Duracell now have batteries that have around 1000mah and are better quality (at least as far as chargers go). It all depends on how much yuo are wanting to spend on batteries.
