uploading problems

hey im trying to upload an E.S.Racing poster/banner picture i made onto the site so i can show people mainly team mambers but it won't let me is it because it's to big or the wrong file type?

put it in photobucket,then post the link

then resize it, or change the file type

or just use photobucket, since it's better anyway :nod:
