on my civic i have the S2 red motor
it works and everything but...
when im driving it around it makes a clicking noise
its kind of annoying and sometimes the gear catches the diff. and it stops the car commpletely

any ideas?

There may possible be something caught in between the gears, check that first, then I'd suggest checking your differentials, it's unlikely, but something may have gotten in the differentials at some time if you've had them apart, maybe some internal parts have even broke. With my first 2 cars my gear diff internals broke. You may also want to check your axle shafts and clean your bearings. Hope this helps. Good luck!

dunno how dirty ur car is put clean it

and hopefully if it's the bb diff
you did lose one of the tiny bearings

and if it's the plastic gears hopefully all of those are in there too

me, a bearing fell out, then i put it back in and still a buzing noise. found out that when i had put the new motor in, i stuffed the wires under the motor and the driveshaft was making contact with it. When i found that out, i took a piece of scotch tape, taped the wires to the side, and then when finish i took out the tape and i never heard that buzzing noise again.

are the motor and thing at the end of the drive shaft the same color that usually helps and does it have hair or dirt in it?
