stiffer stock springs

I stiffened my stock springs by stretching them out a bit more. Although now my rear left tire is camberedtoo much. My brother did this his supra and it was fine. I guess it only works on certain cars, or i over stretched them

why not just buy the suspension kit?

if its stiffer springs u want
just put two springs together to form one spring
it doesnt look that great but your springs will deffinetly be stiffer :nod:
i did this to my civic
then i just put mono shock on them :nod:

Stretching your springs does 1 thing: it makes the spring longer. It does not make the spring stronger (in fact, if you bent it back and forth, it actually weakens it!) My suggestion would be to make a swaybar and just use soft springs with it.

well i bought this car for one thing, Racing, So a mono shock is out of the question, soft suspension no way, i guess im gonna have to go with the stiff springs.

get the Spring package RS has that will give your car less body roll and more siffness in the car Look 5.0 you need to get the RS things or go with modded versions of what ya got ok :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

you can make try shock-you have regular spirns in the rgular place, with a monoshock there too. Makes it stiff, Not yet tested!

just buy the frigin RS spring kit or get blue RS springs from a friend or something
it'll make ur life a lot easier

well my original intenet was try and get the car to perform as much as i could with teh least amount of money. But now i see that its not going to be very good. So now my new goal, is to get it to perform as best as i can so now money isnt a big option. So next week the spring kit is going in and i cut my stock springs to give it a lower stance while its sitting in the display case.

i do alot of models and stuff so i got display cases its basically just to keep dust from getting to it while its sitting there. Kind of like a garage for it

I cut my back stock springs and the car isnt too low but it is just perfect
