does any one know how resize a picture and make it smaller ???

If you have Windows XP you can get a Windows Powertoy called Image Resizer that lets you right click on a picture and resize it to 640x480 or others. Google search for powertoys and you should find it. I use Paint and simply change the attributes. to make a picture smaller.
