View Full Version : HELP!!!!!!! MY CAR WILL NOT RUN OR ANYTHING!!!

I drove my car this morning, put it away, it sat in car for a long time, i took out Crystal to make sure it was okay. Put the crystal back in, and came back a little later, and my car wouldnt work!!! :nodno: :cry:

Even tried putting in a new new motor and new batteries. NOTHING WORKS!!!

WHATS GOING ON???!!!!!! :-? :-? :-?

did you try a new batt. in the controller? did you take out both crystals and did you swap them?pay attention to the pics on the tags, they are specific for the car and the controller.

naw, its not that the crystals are switched, and the controller battery is fine, my car just stopped running. .. . . . . . . . idk why

you sure you didnt put the crystal in backwards...

my car has been doing the same thing though... i made sure EVERYTHING was correct... it just doesnt work...

how did you sit in the car??? Sitting on it wont help either...got your crystal backwards. shouldn't you be trick or treating

Another tip,
I have an XMOD that runs the motor great, but when I put it back together it runs slow...
Then I took the time to take it apart piece by piece and found out that the SHAFT is rubbing...
Then I looked at my other cars and found that none of the shafts are true...

There are plastic guides on each side of the shaft, much like a "U" channel.
It was touching it and slowing the car down.
Take the motor our and turn it on to see if the motor runs.
Then with the motor out, see if the wheels spin freely.

I turned the shaft the other way and it stopped rubbing...

For some reason, RSX driveshafts seem to be slightly warped. I dunno why, but after a suggestion from someone, I tested it, AND IT WAS WARPED! The way to fix it would be to buy a cf driveshaft, because those are cast striaght.

Someone should make a short shaft.
It is the same size as the front axle.

yah r the batts relly relly warm when they come out thats wat happened to min recently and i had to take it bak to RS and get a new 1 but i also think that the engin was dead so thats bad
