hey when i am using the bondo on my car do i put it on my body kits or do i take it all of and make layers?? if anyone has an answer please help so i can continu my project skyline!!!!!!

if you want to use the least amount of bondo then put your body kit on and layer it on top of the kit :lol:
but if you are good wit bondo then just custom make it and use all of it :lol:

he y , it depends how much hardner you put in bondo . i usually mix it at about 17 : 1 for bondo to hardner . it dries in like 15 minutes

Spot putty is so much easier to work with then bondo
and cracks just as easily on plastic....

this thread was started like wnat a year and a half ago, and the guys not even here still. can you say relived....... anywyas i suck at bondoing something so small.

I don't use bondo at all, and very little spot putty. For working big areas I use a product called JB Quik, it's like JB Weld but set up faster, and it actually just as hard if not harder than the surrounding plastic.
