My xmod burned out!

My xmod wont work right, it has a smell to it as if the electronics are burning. Bothe the servo and the motor smell. Then my car has terrible reception and has trouble with the throttle. The stupid ni cad batteries keep burning so hot that i cant touch em. My car had a small freakin fire! (nothing big) it also started smoking, thats when the smells started.

sike it won't, mine did somethin like that, try to run it again, it shouldnt smoke anymore if u burnt it out............ g'luck, looks like u need it man, u might have to get a new EP like me i dunnoz though :nodno: :nodno: :nodno:

A lot of folks have had problems with NiCd batteries lately... But the crappy reception and stuff is because of the inductors on the reciever board being fried, more than likely.

thanx guys :) I really appreiciate the help. But I've just decided to buy a new one, replace all of my burned out parts, return the new one, and get an nsx. Besides, I already wanted one more xmod, thanx :nod:
