i've seen 1/2 size AAA's but never AAA li-ions
and yes li-ions r rechargable :D

someone also told me if the charge drops below 2.5v the batt's r of no use :cry:

no, if your li-ions drop below 3.0v they still can be saved. they must be trickle charged until they reach 3.0v then charged in the normal fashion
