i think the neon looks good but i dont think the lancer evo is the appropriate car to put on...maybe a supra/skyline/g35/nsx or something. just my two cents :D

it should be on a different car. like an RSX or supra

actually, if the evo was coated and matching w/ the underglow, it doesn't
look too bad. lets say a white evo and a blue body vinyl, with the blue neon,
it would probably look pretty sweet. iono... but im not a real big fan of neon.

stan

ps. good job on the neon.

Underglow is ***. IMO.

haha, I don't like it either.

it also looks like crap since the picture is so blurry. turn a few lights on in the room so the camera's exposure isn't so slow, that'll help keep it from getting so blurry

like many have said, i am not very fond of underglow. but, if you want it on there than you might try some of these combos of color, vynil, and neon

white car, blue vynil, and blu undergolw. (already suggested by someone)
red car, black vynil, and red underglow.

that's all i got for now, i would have to sit down and play around with photo editor or paint to see which looks the best. another idea is just to forget the neon, and make rim lights, pm me and i will tell you how to make some homemade.
