soo i went to the store(safeway) and there were these batteries that are rechargable and they said they were like 1500 nimh?? and they were duracell. does this mean they are really good batteries???? cuz they were $13 bucks for 2.

the 1300 just means how long they last. And yes they probally are good. Just get a AAA Ni-MH chrager and test them.

how do i know if the charger is a ni_mh charger?

it should say something like ni-mh charger.
