Lithium Ion or Li-Ion

They are both the same thing. A Li-Ion cell (Cell is a battery) is VERY hard to find in standard AA or AAA size. This is because if a person puts a Li-Ion cell in a Ni-Mh charger, The Li-Ion can "explode". Li-Ion cells put out (normally) 3.6 volts each and a stock xmod can only handle 8.4 volts. This means you only need 2 Li-Ion cells. These cells are about 10 grams lighter then a stock cell and since the weight is less you will gain more speed. Also, You MUST be carefull when recharging these cells. If you over charge them they will go "bad" if you discharge them to much, once again they will go "bad" and be usless. I know Atomic Mods charges $14.95 per cell and that is just to much. Xmod Source will be selling them (When we open a store) for about $9-$10, Along with other great xmod upgrades including Carbon Fiber parts and motors! Thanks - Dean
