i wanna make one out of a model of the subaru impreza rally car and can it be like a 1/25 scale without cutting it? or deos it have to be 1/28?

:nono: It doesn't have to be the 1/28 to fit the xmod chasis, 1/24 and 1/25 scale will do fine :thumrigh: - the easiest thing to do is lenghten the chasis instead of cutting the model. the only thing you have to do after that is to mount it to the model body properly and that's not hard either. (just for ref. check out my ferarri testarossa thread - i posted a pic of how i had it mounted to my evo chasis.:nod: )

so i cant really extend it

yes you can !:nod: - you'll have to make custom extentension pieces like maybe from a "for sale" sign or something like that. you just need to measure it pretty good and cut it clean - watch your fingers too BTW. then just drill the hole in the right places and you're done. i saw a guy did a cutout first using stiff paper then he just drew it on to the sign and cut it off.:)
