Looking for some Boca racers, as me and a couple (3) of my friends are looking to get a meeting thing going....The race track will start off as the public roller hockey rink in Loggers Run park, west of 441 (State Road 7) on Palmetto Park Rd.
We are still setting up a good time, but so far a 10am meet sounds good to us. To those making any sort of drive, there is a Wendys down the road (with easy walking distance) and a publix alittle further (Wendys is .5 mi from the park, Publix 1 mi. down) so there are close and convient sources for extra batts (and for parts, there is a Radioshack on 441, north of Palmetto Park rd.)
Post if you live close enough to make this place, as I wish to get as many people as possible to come. We have 2 extra cars that we will let people use...as long as you are not abusive (if someone smashes my car straight into the wall for whatever reason, I suggest you duck...the reason will be clear soon after...its a hockey rink 100ft wide, no reason to crash) to them.
As for our upgrades, we only have RS parts, so no Li-Poly super mods here...the fastest car is my own, a 67 firebird with a stage 2....on fresh batts i think it does about 17-18...on the lowest gear ratio. I also have a F150 with stage 2, AWD, and off Road kit, witch can hang with the Firebird...given there is at least 100 ft. (Just so you know what we have)
So as I said, please post, and dont be afriad to come no matter what you have...We would love to see a pimped out supercar, and will accomendate people who have stock Xmods, too (I'd do a race on Lo...to test the driving skills, you know?)
