I believe what they mean is...pieces of cut off PVC pipe..Poly Vinyl Chloride.
I read , somewhere, that there were people cutting of rings of PVC pipe and gluing them to their rims for drifting.

Thats exactly what some people are doing. i have not tried it. But i hear it works awsome. Check out this web site that is just for drifting.

i still say people should buy the drift kit i hav a lot of fun w/them, but i would like to make some of those pvc tires :nod:
