1998 GMC Jimmy

while still planning the V-8 drop for my future GMC Jimmy, i was searching through Truckin' mag when i saw the best thing ever, the SS style bumper for the last gen S10. none for the Jimmy. but hey, as i hope yall know, the Jimmy/Sonoma and Blazer/S10 are alike in ever way exept dash, and front ends. then i got looking thru more, and found ever jimmy and blazer adn s10 had the same GMC Envoy bumper. lameeeee. so i got this idea, and it only takes 2 orders.

-1 'SS' Street Scene front bumper cover
-1 S10 billet grill, the one that covers all but the head lights

and u get this idea.

insall the bumper cover over the Jimmy's, and cut the S10's grill to fit. then just order more billet inserts for the SS bumper if i have to.

im a mini truck guy all the way BLAZER JIMMY SONOMA S10 i like um all i like the grill but im not feeling the bumper, you could get the XTREME kit for it an have a jimmy xtreme which they never made to my knowledge i know they made that style blazer in an xtreme

i know of the Xtreme bumper. once again, DONE B4. this isnt the real pic. its a shot of the SS bumper edited onto the 1st pic. i youve seen the S10's SS style once its painted it looks great. a pair of fog lamps in the middle grill, and its like the Trail Blazer SS. of course lowered, and also in-planning a V-8 drop. i love the S-platform trucks and suvs. i saw a 4 door sonoma today 4 sale, i haven seen one of those in years. same generation of this one. but then id have to pay for it all myself, where in this case, if i get this jimmy, im buying it from my parents for much less. and its gettin a sound system tomarrow :p !

its styled after the SS Silverado and SS TrialBlazer. its made by Street Scene.

and there were never any S10 'SS'. just the extreme, which was a body kit, rims, suspension, special enterior, and lil was done to the engine. but the looked mean from the factory.

oh, i totaly forgot about them. they were b4 the xtreme i think. man, i saw one on trucks once. srry dood, i admit i was wrong on that one, thats rare on forums to ppl admit their wrong lol. yeh, ive seen 1 on tv, and at a show once. but as u can see, its not like the ol SS S10.

youve heard of the typhoon an cyclone too right, they were badass awd hoped up versions of the blazer an s-10 low to the ground an quick but quite expensive now cause there getting rare i knew you were wrong lol, j/k is cool everyone forgets things sometimes, they were nice but its nothing like what your wanting to do if you lowered it that bumper would look better

If you wanted a real truck, you would be smart and buy a 2002 Dodge ram 2500, 2dr, with chrome bed light bar, chrome brush gaurd, fire engine red body, 16" lift kit, 6" muffler, fully done-over and chromed engine, american racing 45" wheels (and more). You get all that and then you got a real boy's truck. currently, besides my honda s2000, is what im driving.

you know there isnt a single wheel from any rim manufacturer thats 45", you mean 45" TIRES.

if i wanted what every1 else has, i'd get dodge.

if i wanted a real truck, i'd pick up a silverado

but, what im doing is a one-off performance SUV. what my plan is, is a lot cheeper, faster, and custom than your dodge that in Texas, i see plenty of.

btw, i hope you adjusted the final drive ratio for those larger tires, other wise that dodge is much slower than a stock Ram 1500

Anyone who puts a lift and chrome on the same vehicle is a poser. and looks up to little boys. Maybe you'd get along well with Michael Jackson....

this kid at the end of my block has a chevy s-10 ss. its red and he treats it like crap. the front was wrecked at one point, the side of the bed is dented in real bad on one side, and the red paint is falling off the front grill.
