Heres my finished gen. 1, just finished it over spring break. Its my very first xmod i got for christmas '04, but with some time, effort, and money (ALOT!) its done. Its got:

-All RS parts
-Full GPM (exept for springs and decks)
-750 maH Li-ion
-Upgraded FET's
-PN Racing S04 w/ 12 tooth pinion
-Mix of Open and Shielded wide and normal bearings
-CF Decks
-Clear Upgraded Chassie (soon to be CXP)
-Perfect Shaft (CF Driveshaft by atomicmods)
-Wire Upgrade
-Re-centered Steering Servo
-Power Switch Bypass
-Hard Slicks
-Alloy RS Rim Upgrade
-Locking Wheel Nuts
-Hard Springs

Havent run her at top speed yet, im breaking in the motor lol, but on low speed its a perfect drifter on slicks so far, lol.

I would actually like to know how much ya dived into your bank to muscle out your car. So I can at least get an idea of what I'm expecting for fundage.

Very Clean, extremely nice and I like the wires also.

And fyi-you might try to use 'manual zoom' for the close-ups like this...that way we can see your quality work even better. Your ride is awesome, but I don't think the pics do all your hard work work justice.

Thanx everyone for the comments. But my camera suks, whether im close up, far and zooming in, using flash and or using every trick in the book. As for the wire colors u gotta love pink and baby blue, lol! And as far as the price goes, heres my bill:

Dang! Thats alot, but in my opinion this much fun, exitement, and bragging rights=priceless :p

im hoping to build something like that, ive got the liths, but i still need some money to get all the aluminum and the bearings (going to get all sealed, racing at a tennis court). looks like a really quality build, and the motor wires are great.

Bad news, i've only had her for 2 days and she wasnt fully broken into but i couldnt help myself. i ran her at topspeed for 10-15 min and i fryed my motor, it first froze then it got jammed and then when i moved the pinion around a little piece that seems to be from the brushes came off and now it dont work so for now im xmod-less lol, i already ordered a new one that i'll need for a race this weekend, lol.

wow fryed on u huh.... i ususaly drive my car like that with the drift tires on the street always WOT and never broke a sweat yet just hot...really hot...i run the 05speedy motor none bb case...should be upgrading my fets soon sp il be putting a better motor on it...

u should upgrade ur FET's to 7 amps and put in a S04, an S04 is as good or will even outperform a fatboyhc, check pimpmymod.com for info on it. but with these to upgrades u'll be flying like me but dont fry it, overheat it or brake the brushes lol, i did all 3 all at once, lol
