hi everyone,

i'm a little new to the scene over at this forum, so i don't know if i'm known here at all, but i'm over at xmw, infernal, xmoding, mrcc, tinyrc, bitpimps, and r7r, so there's at least a chance.

anyhow, here's my car.

thanks for all the compliments guys; i redid the shell mounting so that the body now clips into the front, and then holds onto the lithiums. i took the thing out for a spin and so far so good, if i keep the throttle under 50% i can control drifts very well. just have to find some safe stuff to drift around.

but where did you get the body?

from toyeast. it's discontinued now, you can pick up the kyosho impreza white body, but it's not the 22B style.

dido, its also crazy how u can combine servos and eps and other brand parts with xmods to creat a frankenstein type xmod

another update: despite the obvious imperfections (i'm no aznballa), i think the bodykit looks rather decent. understated, but agressive enough to mean business.

i don't know when i can drop down to the LHS again, but when i do i will be making a crapload of decals... some to go on this GSR Time Attack 22B STi. :)

looks awesome....

but, personally, being a die-hard subaru geek, I miss the 22b wing! And the gold BBS wheels...

But, each to his own, you've still done an AWESOME job there. it looks sweet!!!

need an opinion.

i'm looking into these rims by Atomic: they're plastic, light, cheap, and should be of good quality as expected by that manufacturer.

only question is, will they look good on the impreza?

nah, decided not to go through with it. i'll either have someone modify my existing gpm's, or find someone who will make new rims for me.

an update, new bodywork:
