If you want strength take the Gen 1
but you want speed keep your g35!

thats a horrible trade a 50 - 60 dollar evo for a 25 - 30 dollar gen 1, he better be throwin in a whole lot of upgrades for that deal the gen 1 is better but its a horrible deal money wise

i think its a pretty good trade considering im the one who he wants 2 trade w/ but all in all its just a matter of opinion. 1 more thing my Z cost just as much as his evo. so either i got ripped off by my small-town radioshack, or its all the same.:shrug:

i think it is a good deal because the gen 1 are just as fast with a little uprgade and if u like the 350z then do it

first off....you didnt have to insult him....
secondly, GEN1 are better for now, reason being:

A. Better aftermarket support
B. EVO is made for the less experienced RC starter

gen 1s blow the evos away, the evos are better out of the box but the aftermarket for gen 1s is soooo much bigger now but i said it was a bad trade for the person with the evo because the evo cost more than the gen 1, if you can still find gen 1s they go for about 25 - 30 an evo about 50 thats what i was sayin i personally like both but the gen 1s are better

at least someone agrees with me i have a Gen1 and an Evo, I like my Gen 1 way better they go so much faster with upgrades.

i'm with blindman8. Evos are so much better out of the box. And the bodies for them are a lot cooler than the gen. 1 bodies.
