6.sand paper(i use a low coarse,and a fine wet sand)
7.ice cube
8.napkin or paper towel
9.electric motor(extra xmod motor0
10.pinion puller(if pinion is off already u dont need one)

Before u do anything read elment6968's tut first it will show u wut you'll need to know to do mine

almost all of the credit for this tut goes to element6968 on infernal xmods, the other credit goes to me for comin up with a different way of doing it...

the link to his tut is http://s6.invisionfree.com/Infernal_XMOD/index.php?showtopic=6512

...the only part i didnt like was when u had to start shaving the inside of the cup handle.

MY WAY:

this is were i came up with the idea of sanding down the ink tube...
at first i sanded it by hand but it took way to long..
so then i saw a extra motor siting on my desk with no pinion on it..
so i picked it up saw that the ink tube fit perfectly on the output shaft of the motor..

http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f314/pittbull988/stuff/DSC00392.jpg

then i took a spare 9-volt battery and hooked it up to the motor with the piece of inktube on it...

http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f314/pittbull988/stuff/DSC00393.jpg

then i turned on the motor and started to push the sandpaper against the inktube while the motor was spinning.
.i quicky noticed that the plastic inktube was gettin really hot and it wasnt gettin smooth it was gettin small spots of plastic bumps on it..
.so then i got another idea, OFF TO THE FREEZER, i got an ice cube and put it on a paper towel,
i put the output shaft with the inktube on it on the piece of ice an i turned on the motor again and pushed the sandpaper against it again,

you dont have to always keep it on the ice the ice is just there so it dosent get to hot to where it starts to melt.this is were ur gunna need to test fit it a lot,

http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f314/pittbull988/stuff/DSC00399.jpg
http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f314/pittbull988/stuff/DSC00397.jpg
http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f314/pittbull988/stuff/DSC00396.jpg
http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f314/pittbull988/stuff/DSC00405.jpg

once you've sanded it down far enough so that it fits and it has to be tight but loose enough so that the isnt any binding or if it is hard to move when u test fit it,

reassemble and start on the other one... this is my first time doing something like this so sry if its not to clear or if i did something wrong sry if the pics are really big i dont know how to resize them right now but ill find out in an hour, cause im a lil busy right now

although this is a great tutorial, i thought i throw the
way i did it too....

Using heatshrink tubing over the steering bar fits
snug on the knuckle and allows for a tighter steering
car.
