i have one evo, (firebird), and i bought all of the RS performance upgrades, including all-wheel drive. when I installed it, the car ran really poorly, and loud. It sounds like it is binding alot, and I triple-checked to make sure i had the right-length drive shaft. is there anythng I can do to fix it?

all the screws and everything are correct, but I do have the bearings. that should make it better though.

I think the drive shaft is a little too long. Could I try filing the end a little bit?

I KNOW WHATS WRONG......... Its the fact that its AWD on a firebird....lol, acutally i have no clue on whats wrong with it although i know someone who had the same problem on his gen 1 , he got pretty fed up and just ditched the AWD.

i had the same problem on my lancer, the red gears on each end of the driveshaft, i put some lube from the gen1 awd kit on them an it runs like a champ, oil the gears an see if that gives you better results bro
