Start by breaking off the peice of your rim where the rod goes in, then drill a hole through the center, (then sand the ruffness off the back - optional)

Next After you have your hole drilled an cleaned up, Mix your jb weld steel an hardener in equal parts on your peice of plastic a toothpick will help do this

Next take your tooth pick an fill in the hole with the jb weld, then you have 2 choices from here choice one i prefer (choice one take the toothpick an mold the hole by hand to fit the d-shaft) or choice 2 (see next step

Choice 2 (optional if you chose choice one skip this step) after hole is filled let dry for a little bit not to long the take your extra d-shaft an spray it some type of oil an push the shaft through jb weld be careful it may cause damage to your d-shaft choice one is the better step

next step let your finished product dry over night
You now have custom rim fileing may be required for the rim to fit pefectally an fenders may need to be shaved a little for great fit
