u just cut out the part u want to open and instal a hinge. i think u can buy one from someone on this website

that is pimpin about how long does it take and how much expirence do you need to do it?

I would say it takes some experience. I would practice on a model or on any kind of plastic first unless you have a beater body laying around collecting dust.
The time frame will be different for everyone. I used a Dremel on part of it and a knofe on part of it. If you use a dremel it is really quick but you won't get as clean of a cut doing it that way.
