Mini sound system in car

I am currently working on ow to do a small sound system inside the car.
What you do is you take the little radio things, and shorten the wires to the head fones. you only need one or two. Turn the radio on to your favoritte station. Drive and you have a small radio. you can probably get small radios at Radio **** or at Wolly World.

you do realize that you really wouldn't be able to hear much using the headphones right? its a cool idea nonetheless...

I think your best bet is buying a micro radio with a speaker built in and using that.

i was thinkin of usin that, but what i wonder is why everyone posts that removing certain peices of the car that weigh less than one gram, but here you are talking about adding something that weighs over 10 grams easily :uhoh:

not to crack but the idea is pretty useless u wont be able 2 hear it and it just adds weight.

get one of the minispeakers from r/s and use it.

actully its a kinda kool idea only if u had clear windows and 2 smalll speakers
and make it look like a reel brand like sony xplode ,alpineand others

ya just for looks...if you want to do a vid with your xmods playin music just put fake ones in and add the music yourself ;)

why not try putting a mini speaker out of like a computer speaker into it, then run a wire to the side of the body, drill a small hole, make a tap, and when the car is sitting still plug the wire into your mini cd player and let the music bump, then when you are done listening to it just unplug it. Just that simple :D
