See if your local mini z hobby store has a website with a forum section like this, there might be something in the "for sale" section. Other wise Ebay.

join http://mini-zracer.com/forums/ and post in Mini-z market place saying what type of mini-z you want and how much your willing to spend.

if you dont know what kind you want:

racing: if you can get a MR-02 get it, if not try for a MR-015. dont buy MR-01, it is crap and you cant get a MR-03 for under $100

messing around the house: MA-010

your best bet would be MZR or ebay but as its the latest and greatest i highly doubt it, seeing as how you cant get a 2.4GHz MR-02 for under $130 you be pretty **** luckey to find a MR-03 for under $100.

Similar to others suggestions, the Mini-Z forums are probably the best route to go. I've researched and looked at many places for used Mini-Zs and there was really no better place. Besides, many other locations lacked the 'support' it as well.

If you look hard enough you can find something decent for around $100.
But it will almost definitely be an AM car.

I paid $90 for my MA010. It was an AM car but at least it had 2x2 stacked fets.
If your not racing, AM will be just fine.
I've even raced my AM cars against 2.4ghz cars and have done well on occasion.

Also the MR-01 is a decent car if your not racing it. The only downfalls are the lack of servo saver, and the lack of parts availability.

I paid only $30 for my MR-01 and it handles great after a bit of tuning(tires and springs) Although I wouldn't race it against a properly set up MR-02,MR-03, or MA010, it would blow the doors off of almost any Xmod on the track.

Yeah, you should be able to find a stock (or near stock one) AM one for about $60-$100 no problem. The TX will be a bit more depending on which kind you want.

IMO the MR-01 isn't really worth the trouble, though in comparison to an XMOD, I guess it's some kind of upgrade. MR-015 isn't too bad though, just VERY responsive.
