Fuzzy's Cliff Climber

so i took my rock crawler out for the first time and she is hella capable

but then things took a turn for the worse

i was climbing prolly a 6 foot high pile of rocks and then it fell and tumbled all the way down

i ended up disassembling one shock and breaking a shock mount

sadly by the time i got to the place i realized my camera was dead so i have no action pics

whaat kind of crawler was it/is it if you don't mind me asking?...hope the damage is a quicl fix...looking forward to some future action shots next time ;)

I'm assuming by the duratrax motor, and overall appearance that its a Duratrax Cliff Climber. They look pretty capable, and VERY affordable.

yea evolution you're right its a 1/14 scale duratrax cliff climber
it has dual motors and dual servos for 4wd and 4ws

its fun as hell and i just ordered the parts to fix it

i got my camera battery charging so it will be ready for the next time

Can't wait to see it in action! A huge selling point for me is the 4ws that the Cliff Climber offers.

yea i was looking at some rock crawling forums and everyone that owns these complain about the 4ws and they do a rear lock out and i was like well then why don't you buy a crawler without the rear wheel steer

but yea i just ordered the parts and i want them here now!

so i finally got to take it out today but.......guess what the gf forgot

the camera......ugh.......women lol

but she got quite dirty

there is no other 1/14 crawler with out 4ws :D lol

looks like there was some mud involved O.o

as far as i know there are no other 1/14 crawlers lol

and yes lots of mud and its clean now ready to go back tomorrow and remember the camera this time so look for action pics tomorrow
