If you can use a very thin nut and place a (spinner) cut out in betwen another end (self locking) nut, there you have it.

You can also try to use a mini-Z style (recessed inner) cup on its rims since it is thin, but that would cost too much.

When we shaped metal for aircraft parts, we made tools for some of the parts that were not manufactured anymore. You can make a cup and plunger style tool and shape (press) a thin metal plate with an indentation, and cut out a spinner diameter.

spinners are awesome on SUVs, SOME tuners look ok with them, like cheap civics that need a bling. But I personally will put them on the hummer. BUT it's your car, don't listen to anyone else, do what you want. :)
