Couple of easy steps.

1. Get into a vehicle
2. Travel to radioshack
3. exchange money for an xmod
4. Take the xmod home

the bst is a privledge of the forum, there are rules and regulations put in place to keep the members from getting scammed / ripped off. once you reach the requiremed criteria, you will automatically get acess to the bst area. until then ebay is your best best, and of course radioshack.

radioshack doesnt have the models im lookin for and ebay doesnt have a large selection of what i want since ive only found 1 searching ebay i decided to try a forum not such an outrageous idea huh?

Try xmodsinternational.com or atomicmods.com

They are the two main supplier for bodies. Depending on which one you want availability will be limited in the stores and in the BST sections of forums.

As far as finding a forum that will openly allow a brand new member to conduct BST, it doesn't exist right now. There are rules throughout for EVERYONE'S safety.

i know you probably have a car in mind but for your first xmod id say get any
2 reasons i say this

1 you WILL break it... it your first one and you will want to do everything to it and at some point you will go to far lol

2 all xmods are getting harder to find so grab any just to get you into the hobby , by the time you have learnt some stuff you will be in the bst :)

I recommend reading around for any more of your questions when you do get a Xmods kit. Best bet is to head to RS to buy one, and learn about it.

fyi xmods are on sale for 30 but the sale ends today...so thats pretty affordable and you can learn about em and...as reaper said...prob eventually do something to kill it...and have fun doing it as well....meanwhile keep your eyes on ebay and sooner or later a good deal on a white supra will pop up...

Did I say something was ? You said that you found a white Supra on eBay for $50, but why spend $50 on something your looking for. So then I asked what exactly are you looking for. I had assumed your not only looking for a Supra, but something else as well. And heres the quote of where you said that

I'm not sure what you're looking for, how old you are, how much money you have, where you live, etc, etc, but if you can't find it among the over 2000 hits on ebay (I just looked and if you click on advanced search and include store inventory you get 2163 items) you can't get it. I have around 20 Xmods. I bought 1 in a store. 90% of the rest are from ebay.
(If you want a specific model you might have to buy a chassis and then buy a body. You may not find exactly the one you want. My buddy at work wanted a 350Z on an Evo chassis. I couldn't get one so I got him a Scion and a 350Z body.)

He might have over looked a certain rule in the erm rules. Stop being so negative and welcome people with open arms. Direct them in the right direction positively and nicely! Then if theres a problem from there let the mods handle it.
