well im suppose to be getting rid of my toys, but i got a new one today. thought id share. Nothing too special. Just a Tamiya TT-01D Drift Spec with a suby body ;)

Guy who lived on a farm bought it and only drove it like 3 times because he lives on a farm! no where to drive it lol. so i traded him my tmaxx for it. not the best trade on my end.... but oh well he is a friend, thought he needed a kick *** truck lol.

yeah i dont like the color at all. but it came painted. so ill use it as my beater body to practice with.

Ill be ordering a very nice set up here in a day or so.

these wouldnt work on xmods. they arent stickers.

I glued sticked them to the body, and the paint will do the rest of the holding them on. I wouldnt make these for anyone else but my self. its just to much of a custom job to make them fit the car just perfect. it would just be to much of a hassel.

you could go to a online graphics shop and get stickers made for less.

they are just white with a green spoke. not that hard. I wont do the dc logo in the spoke. thats way to small. but they will be white with the green.

The monster logos didnt work out as well as i had hoped. The DC's look great! but not so much the monsters. so im gonna pull em out, spray the spot black, and use regular stickers... but for now.. here ya go.

I'm already uber jealous of the paint job and you're only half done. You're doing awesome work. Can't wait to see it finished. I've watched the gymkhana 2 at least a dozen times and when you first showed this body I kind of thought you might be trying to replicate block's sti.

Getting closer to finished. Still needs some touch ups. I didnt really use the proper paints for this.. so it didnt turn out as well as i hoped. But at the last minute i decided i wanted a driver body, not a show body. So i didnt try as hard. So here she is!! (stickers coming soon)

i totally would, but the car isnt driveable at the moment. i lost a wheel nut and the pit that spins the wheel. Ill pick up new ones when im in portland tomorrow and get some vids up.

very nice job. i love that wing too... but i think it would look better if you cut the "stick" that you put the pin on to keep the body down(i forgot the name, i havnt played with my rustler in a long time) a little to give it a better look.. then just sand out the stop so it doesnt cut your finger every time you touch it :) oh and "Monster Energy Drinks" and "DC Shoes" should be paying you for advertisement :D
