Looks like crap. Buy a Mamba 6800 Motor/ESC combo from www.b-p-p.com and while you'll pay 5 bucks more, you'll go a lot faster than the one you gave the link to. Also, the Mamba was designed to be put in Micro RS4s, so there's no compatibility problem.

thanks 4 the motor link i think ill give it a shot but i was wondering is the mamba 8000 the same size as the 6800 or did they hav 2 make it larger 2 accomidate the extra power?

Same exact size, but I recommend a 5400 or below. The 8000 will literally destroy your xmod (my 6800 has pulled the threads out of the subframe!).
