best drift RC?

ive seen alot of electric rcs that look so good but wondering what the best electric rc is for drift...hpi? tamiya? etc....?

my personal preference is the HPI e-10
for me this offers the best drift experience for the cost
also by a simple movement of the motor it becomes a very capable touring car
yes its cheep and cheerful but it does just what its supposed to do and it does it faultlessly :)

i like my tt01 because it's really user friendly.
it's not that great as a tourer, but as a drifter, i like the feel of it.

i just want an inexpensive 1/10 car thats better quality than xmods(no offence i love my gtr xmod)

anyone have any input on the rcx drift 1/10 cars? they look kinda like the hpi e10(just dont cost as much)

The only real bad things about the E10 touring, Drift and the Brama 10B that's based off of it is the motor mount, its relatively weak. Also the E10 mounts with screws instead of wheel nuts which isn't preferable by the experience hobbyist like me which is one of the reasons I never got one. I'm more into the 1/10 and 1/8 trucks because they can do most stuff but cars are cool nonetheless. Doesn't mean I don't know about RC's that I don't own because I do a ton of research and drive all sorts of RC's

well, there's the HBX tamiya clones. RTR drift spec and $79.99. if you take care of it, you won't need to buy any replacement stuff for a long time (cept batts becasue batts eventually lose their punch)
it's 1:10 and drifts. hobby grade as well

and go to the car kits, then 1:10 EP then click on the HBX (Haiboxing) 1:10 RTR drift. don't go for the "hot wheels edition" you can always buy another bodyshell for 30 bucks.
starting out, i think you should try to get something that doesn't require as much TLC. like a shaft drive car instead of a belt drive. so e10 instead of sprint 2 if you go hpi

(could i use tamiya bodies/parts?)

you can use any manufacturer's body on any chassis
they all have the same length

there's different HBX's
and yes, RTR
i think... the non hot wheels edition is a clone of the tt01, just with slightly different suspension (the suspension is beter since it uses turnbuckles, which are adjustable.)
the hot wheels edition is, i think, a clone of the TA 05 but with a belt shield

wheres the best place to get tamiya tt01 parts at? could i use tamiya tt01 suspension parts or would it have to be hbx parts?

so you would say hbx is worth the money, or should i spend another $100 and get an hpi e10?

basically,if i got the hbx drift spec 1/10 car, im wondering where can i get prepainted bodies that will work with no modification?(the hbx body is UGLY)
