well here is my deal of the year, i think anyway.

from the looking i have done i believe its an mr-01
it has a bunch of alloy, and carbon fiber, and i believe a sway bar on the front. if i'm wrong on any of this please correct as i am very new to these.
they guy that had it before me had one of the battery contacts come out of the battery tray and he can't find it. so i was joking around and told him i'd give him 20 bucks for it. he said ok. so it has no tx, but i have plenty of those. 2 traxxas ones, and the one from the tsunami. the wheels are alloy, and he has another set of blue ones i get as soon as he finds them. it was also in pieces when i got it, so please tell me if something is put together wrong.

future plans
lithium ion, power switch bypass, some sort of powerful motor, something balanced between torque and speed.

and can someone tell me what this is, the wire configuration looks like the spiders, just different colors, but it has a big capacitor on it. it came with it. and i haven't pulled the shrink wrap off of it, but it looks like it has fets on it.

not sure if its a spider( don't know what they look like), but for sure it is an external powerboard. great job overall. everything looks right, but you sould put on the atomic mods damper plate system.

SUPRA! it is a supra right? Looks good, and a great deal for 20 bucks, as for the model, i don't know but it looks to be a mr01.Good luck and have fun with it.

Old GPM external "turbo", I think. Decent thing from what I hear, but doesn't compare to the newer Nellies or Spiders. If you can figure out for sure how to install it, I'd give it a try, otherwise I'd leave it be. The new Fairchild 8858 FETs are nothing to be sniffed at, and upgrading FETs is a very well documented process.

Your front end looks severely toed-in but otherwise I'd say you did a good job putting it back together. And a working MR01 for $20, I'm jealous. :)

yep iwaiver, not bad so far, he included some miniz plastics that im going to thrown on it. and go from there on upgrading.

Very nice Zippo. Do the iWaver bodies mount the same as the MR02 I've been straying away from them because of the rear mounts I haven't been sure, so used to body posts :lol: but nice collection of them!

and you get a "klingon-transmitter" (thats the nickname for the kt-18 over here :lol: ).
hopefully you are more lucky with your one - me and actually almost all guys at our racetrack had trouble with it...

so far the kt-18 seems nice, i had steering fets crap out on the board, so its kinda toast until i get a new one, but it seemed nice the little bit i got to mess with it.

ok, so the 2.4 ghz awd board is just well, toast. so until i get a new one i put an 02 board in it, and extended the wires, so all is good. it works. i also picked up my first mr-015. so i figured id throw an updated group shot
