Ok, so most people have had those moments when they put too much paint on their cars, and it looks like crap.
the detail is gone too.
if sanded, the details keep getting fainter.
well, got a solution so you can sand without losing the details.
1: find a small flat-head screwdriver
2: find the places where details are supposed to be
3: carefully scrape the lines until you get the paint out of the lines
4: make sure you go over ALL the detail lines
5: sand off the paint
6: go lightly over the lines to get paint dust out
7: wash the body and let it dry.
before:
see how the paint is thick and globby?

Or quickly soak it in grain alcohol and cloth/paper/whatever rub the paint off. Repaint properly :)

that doesn't work very well.
these grain-alcohols eat at the plastic. i was cleaning my old xmod with rubbing alcohol and the green rear motor cradle cracked apart.
