on off switch

im trying to hook up a on off switch for a motor on my xmod. i saw the diagram for the whinch and i was wondering if it is the same set up as the whicnh set up or no??

if your talking about the one for the salter then yes most likely. i mean within reason. a whinch motor is like the same as any so i dont see why not.

but i wouldnt 100% take my word. never done it.

a switch is a switch is a switch. it just works as long as its somewhere along one of the two power wires.

As above just stick it in as a bypass in the power leads, open power flows, closed it doesn't.
