NOOBIE CONTROL PROBLEM

i think that noobs shouldnt be able to post with us until they have like i dunno 10-15 posts in the noobies section. This will limit us from haveing to deal with *** questions and people who sign up to spam. I think its a good idea....and if its sumone we know like they dont have to do it if viperdout or another mod permits. It also helps with banned members who sign back up. :lol: It would be like a trial/test period lol. i dunno write what yall think. :bigwink:

A question is a question, I'ma newbie and I've just asked about stuff I did'nt know. Yeah it maybe *** to some a probly not hte first time they were asked but what does it realy hurt?
