tut request: how to make an interior antenna

Im planning on building a new xmod with a model body and everything custom but i dont want to ruin a brand new body by drilling a hole in it. Is there anyway to hide the antenna under the body and still get the same range?

simple as this, bend it all over so that you could nicely fit a body on it.

I believe you can use CAT-5 wire used for ethernet cords and such and it can be used for interior antennas.
