how do you install a Spoiler/Wing on a 00' Civic
Also what is the difference between A spoiler and a wing???

you have to drill the holes out through the bottom. if you have the tool kit the small drill works best. just line up the wing and you will see the 2 spots on the inside of the body that need to be drilled out. it is very easy to do.

CORRECTION: Spoiler = connected to car, sometimes has the hole between it and the body/trunk of the vehicle. it is connected to the vehicle via blades that are on the edge of the spoiler:

| | = Vehicle's Trunk

A wing is elevated slightly more than a spoiler, sometimes has blades on the ends for straight line and help when cornering:

|----------------| = Wing
| |
| |
|==========|
| | = Vehicle's trunk

Yzak's got it pretty much right in my book, but the terms can be interchanged as far as I know.

Do you think the spolier/wing on an xmod is just for looks or you actully think it plays a role in downforce?

With stock-style mods, no way, but if you're doing over 40 mph, it's possible.

i could actually see it doing something. I mean look at a balsa wood glider they dont move fast but the aerofoil of the wing is still doing its jog so im sure the the wing on an xmod would be doing something, i mean Air pressure doesnt start happeneing when you hit 20 or 30 KPH its all the time so why not when your hitting 15.

I should've been more specific. I think it'll only make a noticeable improvment at high speeds.

Well I noticed it made a difference with my two lithium cell xmod. And it only had a RS 11-tooth and i noticed without the wing it wasnt as steedy and with the wing i had alot more control. And viper does ur car like fly at 62mph?
