i have strpped the threads out out some of my plastic parts. is there any way i can re-thread the parts or use some type of filler to re-thread it?

EASY! Just prop in some threadlock into the holes! it'll keep the screw in even if you keep turning the screw 3000 times. after the threadlock dries (even though you're threading to plastic) It'll work! Trust me! I do it all the time! or use some CA, but this is more of a fast action technique, drop in CA into the hole, thread in the screw, QUICKLY thread it out and wipe it dry QUICKLY with a cloth or a rag. after that, give it 5 minutes and you're fine!

CA is like KraZy Glue, or tire glue. For larger R/C Cars. Super Glue also uses CA in it's ingredient

yeah, jsut as long as you let the CA dry first, if not you'll NEVER get it out! It'll be hard to screw it in though, but it'll get easier. a little tiny risque don't 'cha think?
