A better place to check out info about a site or forum is http://smartpagerank.com . He could be making like $20 a week-month for all the ads. So he will be basicly be getting a check from many ads on this forum.
I'm not trying to play anybody, or talk crap about XMS, but with about $200.-3$300. anybody can make a good forum with a good amount of members. This is Vbulletion, just go to the VB site, and buy the software and such.

I'm not going to say that I would be happy about how this forum is, money wise. Because I've seen other forums that just started like a year ago, and already have a bunch of members, and worth alot of money.

Yes because they wont split the **** stock, it was at 500$ when i sold all my shares in it... i have no idea what it is now but somewhere around there.

I buy stocks as an investment...I started with all my money in google which went from 300$ to 500$ in the time i owned it i then bought stocks in RIM (blackberry software producers), but for now my money is safely split between a good deal of stocks...

And yes what you said earlier about forums being built a year ago and having more members already is very true. But you have to think about what the forum is based around. Obivously if i went and made a forum about lets say... The XBOX 360. Comparatively the number of people that own an xbox are probably 100 times the amount of people that are into xmods. Therefor i would gain a lot more members faster than i would have if i had started an xmod forum...

its only worth 2 mil.
