The car is kinda plain in my opinion, the hood could use some black...the mismatched rims look really weird..it's a style but with that rim type it doesn't work(in my opinion).

Tell me why I haven't looked at this project yet HUH:( I'm missing a lot and it was right here in front of my face lol. That is a sweet Supra comin' along very nicely. really red though not that it doesn't look good cuz it does;) Those tires do look good on it. I would go black wheel with bronze lip. The black lip is going to bled with the tire.

I think the red could be great, you just need to hit the window trim, door handles, air dams, etc. with the black to keep up the realism.

ya thats what i thought, but sense the model is junk now anyway its just gonna be a crapper so i might even hit it with flat black and fix up the 240. And theres a certant somone on here who knows what my next MKiii supra is gonna be *cough* blue504 :nod:

Looks good. I would do the bottom trim on the sides in Black and possibly a black lip around the front and back. Takes away from all the red and helps to balance it out. Maybe Black wheel (flat) with a red line too..;

Yea its not that it doesn't look good being red it just theres to much red and it needs to be broken up by some other details. Your red went on nice and looked nice just need to do those lil touches, you'll be surprised when you do on lil thing how much better it'll look.

You should try tinting the windows on the 240. It looks odd with all of the guts exposed. Did that kit not come with the pop-up light lenses? I got a sil80 kit awhile back and it looked like it had the same parts-tree from the 240, had the pop-up lights (which I thought was weird and useless to the kit I had).

You should have sprayed the black first, masked off the trim and then sprayed the silver. That seams to be the easiest method imo.

I like the silver, it has more depth than the red, I think it will look more realistic when finished.
