We have a Ram too, it's a '99 with an extended cab. Great truck, just horrible on gas.

I agree with xmodificationer, lift it a little but keep it within the stock area.

my dads old 04' Ram SLT had dual 4" catbacks. The loudest ram freaking ever. Now he has a 07 ram that he got that is all leather, sunroof, chrome rims, etc. All the works. I miss the old one though. Oh and they both are Hemi's:D

Ours doesn't need a hemi to sound cool, we have a loose manifold

Are you planning on changing the way the rear clip is mounted? That doesn't look too good the way it's mounted now.

You should lift it and get some offroad wheels that come with the lift kit.

Well, if he's going to have it low he ought to have something other than knobby tires on it.. like slammed wheels or something. Lifting it would be hard on a car chassis.. but I agree, lifting it would be better.

It's not that hard. Using the screws that hold the tierod to the knucke (really long), replace the top knuckle screws with them. Gets a good bit of lift, but can screw with camber.

that looks good so far...my grandfather had a '96 ram, with a 3500 cummings turbo diesel...that thing was loud....but keep up the work....
